Ingredients
- 10 ripe saba bananas, peeled
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Oil for frying
- Bamboo skewers
Instructions
- Heat oil on medium. Add brown sugar and let it start melting.
- Add saba and toss gently until evenly coated and caramelized.
